In this case the legal basis for processing personal data is our legitimate interest (art. 6 par. 1 let. f) RODO) based on the need to maintain current contact with our contractors, realising our contractual obligations and developing buisness relations. Your personal data might also be processed during potential conflicts, negotiations and a need to satisfy claims that’ve arosed during realisation of the contract. The legal basis for processing personal data is our legitimate interest based on the need to defend from claims or persuing them.
In case You are contacting us for the first time and Your aren’t related to any clients of the company, Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of answering Your questions or to establish cooperation with You or the subject represented by You. The legal basis for personal data processing is our legitimate interest (art. 6 par. 1 let. f) of RODO) based on the need to answering questions related to the economic activity conducted by the company and for the purposed of establishing and developing cooperation.

Personal data will be process for the period of carring out the contract and for the period until expiration of claims contained in the contract. We will process personal data also in the period of mantaining our current relations preceding or unconnected with the contract (for example – answering questions, presenting offers, corespondence) and after the end of the relations will be processed until objecting to such processing.
4. Recipients of personal data.
Access to data will be granted to authorized employees and collaborators of the company. Based of the contract we will be sharing your dana with our suppliers and service providers to which we will outsource services connected with processing personal data, for example IT services and bookkeeping. Such subjects process data in limited range according to our contract.
